God's silence is not a sign of His absence.
Sometimes, He is giving us the space to grow in faith, or He speaks in a whisper rather than a shout.
In 1 Kings 19:12 GNBDC,
“After the earthquake, there was a fire — but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire, there was the soft whisper of a voice.”
Sometimes, we need to quieten our hearts to truly hear Him.
