Peace be with you!

Today, let’s pray for children who must grow up without a father. Let’s ask God to pour out His assistance and grace on all children who do not have the benefit of fatherly love to shape their formative years.

Here are the prayers for today:

Day 4 - Prayer for Broken Families

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. 

Amen.

Dear Lord, we thank You and praise You for the gift of family life. We ask You to bless all families and to especially assist all families who are suffering because of brokenness.

You have given us a great gift in family life. You have given us the love of fathers to play a special and important role within the family. You know how much children suffer when they do not have the benefit of fatherly love to help shape them during their formative years.

Please pour out Your grace on all broken families, and we particularly ask You today to assist all children who grow up without a father!

Help us to turn to You in all of our needs each day, even when we are suffering greatly. Help us to trust in You more and more each day.

And I especially ask in this novena (mention your intentions here).

Lord, hear our prayers!
