How do you Deal with a Spouse or Friend strategically tarnishing your image for their Personal Gain?

THOSE WHO HURT YOU EVENTUALLY

SCREW UP THEMSELVES AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY, GOD WILL LET YOU WATCH

JUST BE CALM!!! 

To be honest, It is actually really the best way to stay calm down and focus on doing things that make you happy. Take this as an opportunity to find out who really is your true friend and real family is. And most importantly, do not retaliate or take “revenge”. The one who has credibility is the one who refrains from bad-mouthing and stays focused on being positive and becomes the "Alpha Male".

I have seen families fall apart, People are naturally repelled by negativity. Let your backstabbing ex-friend, Spouse be the one to spew out negative vibes in his or her words and behavior. 

So as long as you are the calm, positive one secure, and confident in the truth and in your credibility as a person, people will see through the situation.

Ignore them. Forget them, and pretend they do not exist. The only power these people like that have over you is the power you give them by acknowledging them in any way as relevant. You do your thing, and let your work and actions speak for themselves.

 Tarnishing someone's reputation takes a certain and specific type of loose character. People of this type of loose character are in a category all of their own. Their capabilities in being able to fabricate lies and stories against their intended target mean they lack any ability to understand decency and integrity. 

They have no real moral compass which can also be a reflection of how they were raised and their destructive behavior mirrors this. These people are extremely dangerous to be around and in fact, you don’t even need to be around them for them to lie about you, they find convenience in their ability to fabricate stories without hesitation or a conscience thought of their actions being wrong. 

These types of characters are the scum of society and can never be trusted due to their disposition. 

There are NO excuses for these types in society but their existence can be seen merely as an example of how not to be.

Trust me whatever suffering they get back in life due to their destructive behavior doesn’t really matter now because they will continue to do what they do.

Karma is truly real, and they will get theirs someday.

Instead of retaliating, Just forgive them and Pray for them. 

Again be a better person by being calm...

God is with you all the way, God will never abandon anyone!!!
